According to the new regulations released by the Italian government to fight

the covid 19 outbreak, we must follow more restricted procedures.

All our departments are open and fully operational with some staff working from home.

Our logistics are affected by several factors, we kindly ask for your help in following the rules.

In considering the above, we can only accept orders with

a minimum of 3 working days notice.

Please note that many of our suppliers are closed or have reduced staff.

Consequently,  they cannot guarantee the standard delivery of some goods.

Despite a wide range of products in our warehouse, we might not be able to satisfy your requests in full and / or have to replace some of the

brands/products that you require with alternatives.

In this moment, we can supply products in full packages only , so quantities might change slightly (in more or less) from what was originally required.

In order to reduce deliveries,  we kindly ask you to place orders to cover your needs for at least 7/15 days in order to efficiently minimize contact between all parties
